The room was warm and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a restful sleep in a cozy bed. Breakfast offered a great selection of hot and continental options, particularly festive during Christmas. The dog-friendly atmosphere was a pleasant surprise, making it a true family getaway for us and our wee dog. The nearby landmarks, like the beautiful Barassie Beach and Dundonald Castle, provided perfect spots for family bonding and long walks.

We can recommend this place and will be returning here soon. The room is spotless and there are absolutely fabulous views of the hills in the distance with a beautiful sunset. Excellent dishes can be found in the attached restaurant.

A charming spot with cute staff and clean rooms. The food was delicious, especially breakfast! A little pricey for what you get, but the attentive service makes up for it. Ideal for a cozy stay in a quaint village, just don't expect luxury amenities.

The room was near the entrance, and every time someone came in or out, it creaked loudly, waking me up. Plus, the cleaning staff barged in early, despite the do not disturb sign. Super frustrating!

Good size room, fresh decor. Excellent staff. Good food. Handy for Troon and Ayr.
One of my pet hates in hotels now - making you own toast at breakfast. Sorry - I don't go on holiday to stand in line to make my own toast. Will all hotels take not please and stop this really annoying practice?

Breakfast was really good, a pleasant surprise after the previous meals. Be prepared for extra charges on food and drinks.

The 2 nights spent there were a joy. The room was excellent throughout as was the food; both for breakfasts and evening meals. All the staff knew what they were doing but especially the restaurant staff who were very attentive and on-the-ball; well impressed! So much so, we intend going back very soon for longer!!

The hotel boasts a warm, inviting atmosphere with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable, while the dining experience offered delicious meals, especially the poached eggs at breakfast! The location is also ideal for gathering with family, and the late check-out was a lovely touch after a busy night.
